HB Track

Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-23.

This policy says what hbtrack.com and HB Track collect, what they do with it, and what they do not do.

This site

This site sets no cookies, runs no scripts and loads nothing from a third party. It does not track you.

Our web server keeps ordinary access logs: the address a request came from, the page asked for and the time. They are kept for operations and security and used for nothing else.

The apps today

In its first build, HB Track runs on a sample book inside the app. Nothing you enter leaves your device, and the app makes no connection to us.

The apps ask for no permission at launch. If a later build asks for one, it asks when you turn that feature on, and this policy is updated first.

When sign-in and sync open

You give us an email address and a name to make an account. Your book, the clients, time, invoices and payments you keep, is stored on our servers in the United States so your devices can share it.

We use your book only to run the service for you. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or read it except to fix a problem you ask us to fix.

Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the record of the charge and never your card number.

Invoices you issue carry the details you put on them, and go to the people you send them to.

Your rights

You can read and export your book at any time, and the documents you issued stay yours to export after any plan ends.

You can ask us to delete your account, and we delete the book with it, keeping only what the law requires us to keep about payments.

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we hold about you and to have it deleted; write to us and we answer within the time the law sets.

Children

HB Track is for working adults. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

We may change this policy. The date at the top changes with it, and once accounts exist we tell you by email before a change that affects you takes effect.
